Troubleshooting Guide
General low light intensity
Clean the fixture regularly
Install lens assembly properly
Product does not light up
Increase the value of the dimmer channel
All color faders set to “0”
Increase the value of the color channels
All colors in Static mode are set to “0”
Increase the values of the colors
Verify external power circuit and wiring
Faulty internal power supply
Send product for repair
Faulty main control board
One of the LEDs does
